  • Access step-by-step instructions and attachments without waiting on helpdesk assistance.

Built-In Ticketing and Service Desk Access

Within the Knowledge Base, you’ll also find a refined ticketing system that simplifies how you raise support requests. Each article includes clear guidance on what details to provide when submitting a ticket — helping our helpdesk resolve issues faster, so you can assist your customers more efficiently.

To make things even smoother, we’re also inviting all partners to start using our Service Desk module for raising and tracking requests. It’s the quickest way to log queries, follow progress, and stay updated without back-and-forth emails.
